Bad moment

My husband has gone out for the evening, this is where my eating habits tend to change. I don’t eat a proper dinner and then I snack all evening. I feel so fat right now. I’ve had some noodles, a yogurt and some chocolate. I love my food but I hate the way it makes me feel. I shouldn’t be feeling like I am  a fat pig after eating. I’m not going to do anything stupid like making myself sick. I want to get better not make myself worse. Are mental health issues so hard to deal with?
You just feel so alone, like there isn’t anyone to talk to as you feel they won’t understand. On a brighter note I did my foundation slightly different today and I was actually quite pleased with how it looked.

  1. For one day really fight the urge, you can do it, its all in your head. Compare the difference in how you feel and ask yourself if it’s really worth feeling like crap time after time. Also, try not to restrict yourself from those favorite foods all the time so you don’t feel like indulging too much at once or only when your by yourself. It’s tough but it’s a habit that can be broken, goodluck!:)

  2. I’m a fitness professional and cancer survivor who blogs here. You did not ask for advice, but I’m pushy. LOL Perhaps getting rid of the junk in your house would help you. If it’s not there you cannot eat it. It broke my heart to read : “I feel so fat right now. I’ve had some noodles, a yogurt and some chocolate. I love my food but I hate the way it makes me feel. Read this: It may help you. http://capablefitness.com/2016/03/22/occasionally-someone-extraordinary-comes-along-and-look-at-that-here-you-are/
